Alright folks, this is my second submission to the artbook. This isn't really the type of stuff I usually draw but you need to try somehting new time to time, right? This has been nevertheless an amazing experience and a wonderful opportunity to work with a bunch of talented people for a good cause.
Hint: A second My Little Sweetheart artbook is currently in the making!
Wow, she looks awesome, and lovely here! (A li'l fan-servicey to, but a li'l fan-service is ok. lol) Very good level of detail, good anatomy, and I really like how you did her face. (Especially the freckles.) The lasso is a nice touch. I also kinda like the pattern on her shirt. (Even though it looked rendered on or something.) The apple belt buckle is a nice touch to.
The background is also quite good, and I really love how you did the the clouds, and grassy hills. Awesome work.
So is this an old piece, or have you finally solved your persistent tablet problems?
Either way I really like this. The big reason is that unlike most pin-ups rather than emphasizing the desirability of the character (which to be fair is the purpose of pin-ups) you've opted to emphasize Applejack's physical prowess while making her look attractive. Creative choice of a pin-up.
I also really like how lively her eyes and expression are.
